Coventry Greggs will remain closed until next week while it undergoes ‘upgrading’

A Coventry Greggs will remain closed next week while it is refurbished. Bosses say the Radford branch will undergo a “refresh”.

The signs were placed at Greggs on Jubilee Crescent in Radford. Bosses told CoventryLive that the store in the city is being “refreshed”.

Customers can expect the store to be “new and improved.” It will reopen on Wednesday, July 24.

Diners can visit other branches in the city, which are located on Ironmonger Row, Foleshill Road, West Orchards Way and Earlsdon Street. Shops can also be found at Alvis Retail Park and Arena Shopping Park.

A Greggs spokesman said: “Our store on Jubilee Crescent is currently closed for refurbishment and the new and improved store will return to normal service next week.”

The chain is famous for its sausage rolls, including vegan sausage, steak and chicken rolls.
