Cantarus has 5,600 square feet at Jutland House in Manchester

Full-service digital and web design agency is moving to a self-contained workspace in the Northern Quarter.

The deal will allow Cantarus to expand its team of 70 employers and by taking 5,625 sq ft at Jutland House, the firm has amassed 80% more space than it enjoyed at its previous 3,000 sq ft base in York House .

As part of the deal, the company also gains five dedicated meeting spaces, two quiet work areas and more collaboration areas.

OBI led the acquisition of the transaction, including improvement works to cater for Cantarus, as part of the new lease agreement with the private owner.
