Serious injuries were reported in the weekend crash in Alliston

One person was transported to an area trauma center with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Alliston Saturday night.

Nottawasaga OPP and emergency crews responded to the scene in the area of ​​Young Street and Industrial Parkway at approximately 6:40 pm on July 20.

“A male passenger suffered serious injuries. He was transported to a local trauma center,” reads a press release issued by the OPP. “His injuries were considered serious but not life-threatening or life-changing.”

Young and Industrial were closed for several hours while the investigation was ongoing.
