Penzance town center street closed due to ‘dangerous building’

A street in Penzance town center has been closed due to a dangerous building. Images show Bread Street closed with barriers in place.

A sign on the road says it’s closed “due to a hazardous structure.” Cage barriers were also set up around a building on the street.

A local resident said the building in question is abandoned and in a bad state for some time.

Bread Street stretches from Causewayhead and Adelaide Street in Penzance town centre. It was previously described as one of the city’s “forgotten streets”.
