Nuneaton’s 10 most expensive streets to buy a house revealed – and 10 cheapest

Nuneaton’s most and least expensive streets have been revealed, according to newly published figures. Using information from HM Land Register 2019, the areas with the highest and lowest house prices in Nuneaton postcodes have been listed.

It will come as no surprise that many of the most expensive are in the eastern part of the city. Three properties on Slade Close (CV11) sold for an average of £566,666, according to the data, published by professional quick sale company Property Solvers.

In Crestwell Road (CV11), five properties sold for an average of £531,796. Hinckley Road (CV11) also saw seven properties sell for an average of £474,357. When it comes to some of the cheapest places to buy a property in Tudor Road in Camp Hill, five properties sold for an average of £57,200.

In Meadow Court (CV11), three properties sold for an average of £62,000 and Harmony Court (CV10), where seven properties sold for an average of £73,564.

“To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked streets that had more than three sales,” said Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers. “It is therefore worth noting that in recent years a property on Lutterworth Road (CV11) has sold for £1,140,000 and at the other end of the market there have been properties selling for £53,500 pounds and less on Tudor Road (CV10), Pickering Lodge (CV10) and Tudor Road (CV10).”
