Man City vs AC Milan update goal and score as City trail 3-2 and trial player makes an appearance

This game is expected to be a sellout, but a lot of fans were excluded from attending. The cheapest tickets at the very top started around $100, so there are a lot more supporters who would love to be here but just can’t afford it.

The first friendly in Chapel Hill drew a healthy crowd of 31,000, but in a stadium of 48,000, there were large blocks of empty seats behind every goal. City don’t set the prices for these games and the full house here will justify the prices, but it seems like far too much money to charge the fans.

Pep Guardiola just had a long chat with Milan boss Paolo Fonseca, with the two chatting for a good few minutes and hugging a few times. Pep then returned to the dressing room, only to see Zlatan Ibrahimovic, here with Milan.

The two have history and then some, but the brief exchange was cordial and Guardiola then headed down the tunnel. Ibrahimovic now jokes with Shaun Wright-Phillips and Joleon Lescott for City TV. Erling Haaland will be looking to show that there is a new tall, ponytailed striker in town.
