Warner Pacific acquires the Ashmore Agency in Texas

Warner Pacific has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the General Agency of Ashmore Agency, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1984 by Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore and her husband Will Ashmore and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, Ashmore Agency is a general employee benefits consulting agency. Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore, co-owner of Ashmore Agency, will continue to support the company as a consultant.

Warner Pacific is a general agency for many of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. Warner Pacific provides insurance brokers and agents in California, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida and Minnesota with sales support, innovative technology and back-office services.
