Denmark shares fall at close of trade; The OMX Copenhagen 20 was down 0.64% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, it was down 0.64%.

The best performers of the session were Demant A/S (CSE: ), which rose 2.07% or 5.60 points to trade at 275.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Coloplast A/S (CSE: ) added 1.46% or 13.00 points to end at 900.80 and Genmab (CSE: ) was up 1.29% or 23.50 points to trade at 1,844.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE: ), which decreased 1.91% or 17.00 points to 874.00 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/SA (CSE: ) was down 1.80% or 190.00 points to 10,350.00 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/SB (CSE: ) was down 1.45% or 155 .00 points, up to 10,550.00.

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 60, with 24 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery rose 0.14%, or 0.10, to $73.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for October delivery rose 0.28%, or 0.22, to $77.42 a barrel, while December gold futures fell 0.15 % or 3.90 to $2,546.70 per troy ounce.

USD/DKK was unchanged 0.05% to 6.70, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.

US dollar index futures fell 0.18% to 101.12.
