Nordstrom’s stock is rising. But executives are cautious about the rest of the year.

Shares of Nordstrom Inc. rose after hours on Tuesday after the convenience store chain pushed to the low end of its full-year sales outlook, a move the company said was due to the charges and “impairment of supply chain assets.”
