Police are appealing for help to find a Leicester man who failed to appear in court

Police are appealing for help to find a Leicester man after he failed to appear in court in connection with fraud and money laundering offences. Leicestershire Police today (Thursday 16 May) said a warrant had been issued for Jason Matthew Moore, 42, at Leicester Magistrates’ Court in June last year.

The force said its officers had been working alongside National Trading Standards since then to locate Moore. However, he said those inquiries had now been “exhausted” and so officers appealed to members of the public to “help”.

A spokesman for the force said: “Do you know where Moore is? Have you seen or heard of him? If you have any information, please report it to the police, quoting incident 23*66338.”
