Columbia stocks fall at close of trade; COLCAP was down 0.57% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

Bancolombia SA (BVC: ) declined 1.49% or 540.00 points to end at 35,660.00 and Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA Preferred (BVC: ) declined 1.10% or 240.00 points to end at 35,660.00 at 21,600.00.

US C coffee for December delivery fell 3.00% or 7.70 to $248.75. Elsewhere in commodity trading, US cocoa for December delivery fell 0.68% or 52.50 to $7,688.50, while December gold futures rose 0.66% or 16.80 to trade at $2,554.60 a troy ounce.

USD/COP was up 0.03% at 4,127.50, while BRL/COP was down 0.14% at 732.55.

US dollar index futures rose 0.31% to 101.30.
