PCF Brokerage buys part of Kentucky Health Solutions in its 14th acquisition this year

PCF Insurance Services, a large US brokerage dealing in commercial and personal lines, life and health, workers’ compensation and employee benefits, has acquired the insurance business of Kentucky Health Solutions.

It’s the 14th^th acquisition so far this year for PCF in Utah, the company said in a statement. Kentucky Health Solutions, which provided life and health plans and Medicare advisory services, will now become part of Louisville-based PCFs Maverick Insurance Group.

“Our acquisition of the Kentucky Health Solutions team speaks to our strategic focus on expanding our footprint in key markets with insurance businesses that deepen our core strength across our industry verticals,” said PCF Insurance CEO Felix Morgan. “We want to make sure that every business we bring in has a long growth track ahead of them. By intentionally focusing on these types of deals, we set the stage for our long-term profitability.”
