Excitement as new street food venue to open in Leeds Merrion Centre

A new Vietnamese restaurant is to open in Leeds’ Merrion Centre.

Pho 37 is set to open in Merrion Center this July, bringing Vietnamese street food to the city centre. The restaurant is owned and run by Ms. Chi Dang, who is a third-generation expert in Vietnamese food.




Pho 37 is already established in Headingley and is a popular choice among foodies. Khoa Van, representative of Pho 37 said: “We are incredibly excited to bring truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the Merrion Centre.

“Our mission is to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that transports our guests to the bustling streets of Vietnam, right here in the heart of Leeds.”

The new venue will seat 50 and feature an expanded menu full of Vietnamese dishes and flavors. In addition, the site is expected to create 20 jobs for the community.

There will also be two VIP function rooms on the upper level for guests to celebrate. These rooms will include karaoke and a selection of Vietnamese beers.
