Indonesia stocks rise at close of trade; The IDX Composite rose 0.37% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Jakarta, it rose 0.37 percent to hit a new all-time high.

The best performers of the session were Mandala Multifinance Tbk (JK:), which rose 1,325.64% or 2,585.00 points to trade at 2,780.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk PT (JK: ) added 0.35% or 25.00 points to end at 7,200.00 and Pelita Teknologi Global PT Tbk (JK:) was up 790.63% or 1,265.00 points to trade at 1,425.00 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Equity Development Investment (JK:), which declined 99.39% or 8,448.00 points to trade at 52.00 at the close. Citatah Tbk (JK: ) declined 98.86% or 2,348.00 points to end at 27.00 and Bumi Resources Tbk (JK: ) declined 97.80% or 4,401.00 points to trade at 99.00.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 357 to 331, with 148 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for October delivery rose 0.68%, or 0.47, to $69.67 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for November delivery rose 0.72%, or 0.52, to $73.22 a barrel, while December gold futures rose 0.72 % or 18.25, to $2,544.25 per troy ounce.

USD/IDR rose 0.15% to 15,461.55, while AUD/IDR rose 0.16% to 10,400.83.

US dollar index futures fell 0.14% to 101.15.
