“Now I use CBD oil for good sleep and I’ve never looked back”

For some, falling asleep is never easy. People try all sorts of things, like a hot bath, no screen time for an hour, and whale sounds blaring through headphones.

Health and wellness brand Kloris knows this and has created a range of products with many health benefits to help with many things we all struggle with at some point in our lives – and the results are amazing. The Kloris brand offers everything from pain support to menopause relief products.

A friend recommended CBD oil to reviewer Tom Capon when he said his lack of sleep was becoming a problem. Now she can fall asleep within 30 minutes every night using them and has never looked back.

Tom found that after testing a handful of CBD oils, this one in particular came out on top. He shared his thoughts.

“Sleep has always been a major problem for me and falling asleep seemed unachievable. From my early years to my twenties, I spent hours staring at the ceiling, wondering when my brain was going to shut down. Then I found my routine – with CBD oil in the mix.

“Go to bed an hour before I’m supposed to, eat a kiwi before bed, masks, find the right podcast/YouTube video so my brain can be distracted enough to trick itself into sleep. Some days when I’m feeling really hyper, ASMR comes to the rescue.

“However, there comes a night when I just can’t stop. My brain panics about everything from work to something I said to a stranger at an event despite them not knowing I’m still alive to the inevitable destruction. The only thing that breaks me out of this routine is CBD oil. This is a chemical compound extracted from the marijuana plant – not just the relaxing one, which is completely legal.

“My friend recommended it to me, but I decided to test drive a few before committing to buying one full time. After three attempts, I found one that is absolutely perfect for sleeping, including the absence of absolutely manic dreams: Kloris CBD oil.

“I opted for the 10% version (1000 mg), which is quite strong. Kloris uses CBD from hemp grown in Europe and mixes it with MCT oil, which makes it easier to absorb and above all, it tastes better.

“Put two to four drops under your tongue and let sit for 90 seconds before swallowing. This brings Kloris’ biggest strength compared to rival brands: it actually tastes good.

“If you’ve ever walked around London for even a second, you know that marijuana has a specific smell and taste. Being derivative, it can end up tasting like an East London park. But there is nothing wrong with Kloris. after taste, it’s actually pretty unnoticeable and I’d say that’s the highest praise for bedside drops.

“We previously tried the weaker Simply CBD from Amazon, but had two problems with it. First of all, it tastes pretty disgusting – you have to be very familiar with the flavor to handle it. Second, the dreams from it sent me for a loop. This is a reported side effect of CBD, and while I love a good mind-bending narrative, I had to try something else for fear of being that guy talking about his dreams in the pub.

“While I’ve still experienced some great dreams from Kloris, they’re nowhere near as intense, which means it’s a much smoother operation. The biggest issue is the price – you get what you pay for, but £64 for 10ml is pretty steep. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and I’m about halfway through the bottle.

“As such, I’d recommend using Subscribe and Save, which brings it down to £48. You can set the tiers to four weeks, six weeks or eight weeks and you also have free shipping. Alternatively, you can opt for a larger bottle at £128 (£96 for a subscription) which will last much longer.

“Another point in its favor is that the drops work quite quickly. The Amazon drops (admittedly cheaper) took about an hour before I felt relaxed and drowsy, but these work in about 30 minutes. Overall, I’ll stick with Kloris – it’s worth the money, you know you’re getting a high quality product, and it gets me to sleep without a gross taste in my mouth.

“You can pick up Kloris CBD oil drops from their website.

“If CBD isn’t your bag, I can also recommend hemp oil – which uses neither CBD nor THC. From the same plant, it can be used to aid sleep, although there is much less science behind it. This one from BeneHemp on Amazon (£39.99 for two) is one I used before switching to CBD.”

Bargain hunters who want to save money on their first order, but may not want to subscribe until they see if it works, can get £28 off – bringing the price of their first bottle to £36 in total – by using the code 28OFF upon completion. .
