Insurance agents are using artificial intelligence, but which tools?

Lisa Gobber, P&C Sales Director at Nationwide, spoke to Digital insurance about how insurance agents interact with various AI technologies.

“They are thinking about which of their operators are investing not only in technology, but also in knowledge management and training support. They naturally look for places like the vendor they use for their agency management system or their customer relationship management system,” Gobber. said. “They’re looking for something cohesive or complementary from a training path and from an adoption perspective.”
