Israel stocks fall at close of trade; TA 35 down 0.04% by Investing.com

Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the end in Tel Aviv, the decrease by 0.04%.

The best performers of the session were Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE: ), which rose 4.64% or 178.00 points to trade at 4,013.00 at the close. Meanwhile, OPC Energy Ltd ( TASE: ) added 3.71% or 102.00 points to end at 2,854.00 and Nova ( TASE: ) was up 3.05% or 2,220.00 points to 74,970.00 at the close transactions.

The worst performers of the session were Airport City Ltd (TASE: ), which decreased 2.75% or 153.00 points to trade at 5,402.00 at the close. Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE: ) declined 2.31% or 21.70 points to end at 919.00 and The Delek Group (TASE: ) decreased 1.98% or 810.00 points to 40,030.00.

Declining stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 240 to 168, with 126 ending unchanged.

Shares in Phoenix Holdings Ltd (TASE: ) rose to 52-week highs; up 4.64% or 178.00 to 4,013.00.

Crude oil for October delivery rose 1.23%, or 0.83, to $68.50 a barrel. In the rest of commodity trading, Brent crude for November delivery rose 0.97% or 0.69 to $71.75 a barrel, while December gold futures rose 0.07% or 1.80 to $2,526.40 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS rose 1.09% to 3.77, while EUR/ILS gained 0.71% to 4.16.

US dollar index futures rose 0.37% to 101.52.
