Grange Insurance appoints Lebens as CFO

Grange Insurance Company announced that Cheryl McRae Lebens has been named the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025, following the planned retirement of Terri Brown at the end of the year.

Brown’s career in the property and casualty insurance industry spans 35 years, with eight of them at Grange Insurance.

Lebens has been with the Grange for 12 years and has held several leadership roles within the organization. As president of Personal Lines for the past three years, she was responsible for product development, strategy, underwriting management and operations for Grange and Integrity Insurance’s personal lines businesses.

Prior to this role, she was part of the enterprise finance team where she led financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital management, corporate development, risk management, strategy and data and analytics.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lebens also previously held various financial leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance and Safeco Insurance.

Grange is an insurance provider founded in 1935 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
