(Reuters) – Struggling British shipbuilder Harland & Wolff said on Wednesday its chief financial officer, Arun Raman, had resigned with immediate effect.

The company, which built the Titanic more than a century ago, warned in August that it would not be able to finalize its financials for 2023 on a going concern basis and suspended work on finalizing its accounts as it sought options to stay afloat.
