Jury rules in favor of Bayer’s Monsanto in Philadelphia Roundup trial By Reuters

(Reuters) – Bayer (OTC:). Monsanto (NYSE: ) said Wednesday that a jury in the Philadelphia District Court reached a verdict in their favor in the Young Roundup product liability lawsuit.

Bayer bought Monsanto for $63 billion in 2018 and has faced extensive and expensive litigation over whether Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide causes cancer.
