Brazil’s top court lifts freeze on Starlink, X account after $3m transfer By Reuters

BRASILIA (Reuters) – Brazil’s Supreme Court judge Alexandre de Moraes has decided to lift the freezes previously imposed on Starlink and X accounts after ordering the transfer of 18.35 million reais ($3.31 million) from accounts in the country’s national coffers.

According to a court filing on Friday, the lift was ordered because the amount transferred to Brazil’s coffers reached the X total owed to the country in fines, which had been imposed amid a feud between billionaire Elon Musk and Moraes.
