Body believed to be that of missing Rowley Regis man found by police

Sandwell Police have confirmed a body has been found, believed to be that of missing Rowley Regis man Lee. The police were looking for the 38-year-old man.

Formal identification is yet to take place, but the force said it had informed his family.

A spokesman for Sandwell Police tweeted: “Officers searching for missing Lee, 38, have sadly found the body of a man in Rowley Regis. Official identification has not yet taken place, but Lee’s family has been informed.

“We are not treating the death as suspicious. Our sympathies go out to his family and friends.”
