Davis joins MEMIC as senior underwriter; Davis joins Alliant as Senior VP; Monte joins the Alliant M&A team

The MEMIC groupbased in Portland, Maine, employed Scott Davis as senior production agent overseeing the Virginia and District of Columbia territory.

Virginia-based Davis joins MEMIC with more than two decades of insurance and multiline underwriting experience. His previous roles include executive account officer at Travelers Insurance, senior commercial lines underwriter at FCCI Insurance and executive commercial lines underwriter at Utica National Insurance.

Scott Davis joins the Alliance

Alliant Insurance Services employee Scott Davis as senior vice president of its Alliant Americas division, based in Farmington, Conn.

Davis has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Alliant, he was with WTW in Hartford for 22 years and as senior vice president and global client counsel since 2008.

Monte joins M&A Alliant

Greg Monte joined Alliant Insurance Services as executive vice president in the mergers and acquisitions vertical.

Monte, who is based in New York City, has two decades of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Alliant, he was Executive Vice President at WTW for over 18 years.
