HONG KONG (Reuters) – Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao said in Brussels on Wednesday that China would continue to negotiate “until the last minute” on the European Union’s electric vehicle probe and that the investigation had undermined the confidence of Chinese companies that invest in Europe.
