IMA Financial Group Hires Davenport to Lead Texas Employee Benefits; Marsh McLennan Agency Appoints President Stadler, Vice President Jeatran and Bridges to Lead Southwest Region

IMA Financial Groupbased in Denver, named Teniqua Davenport As the market leader in Texas, employees benefit from its leadership team in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in benefits administration, financial services and risk management, Davenport manages P&L and owns vendor/partner relationships throughout Texas. She most recently served as director, employee health benefits and client services at Marsh McLennan, where she began as an account executive in 2012. Previous roles include leadership positions in insurance and financial services at Wichita Falls ISD and The Plexus Group.

Marsh McLennan Agency Appoints President Stadler, Vice President Jeatran and Bridges to Lead Southwest Region

Matt Stadler

marsh McLennan Agencybased in, named Matt Stadlerpresident and CEO of Marsh McLennan Agency’s Southwest region, as company president effective January 1, 2025.

Stadler will be based in Dallas and has 20 years of employee benefits and property/casualty insurance. He joined MMA in 2015 as Executive Vice President on the acquisition of MHBT, Inc. and was named President of MMA Texas in 2019 and CEO of the Southwest Region in 2023.

Bill Jetran

Stadler succeeds Bill Jetranwho will become Vice President of the Marsh McLennan Agency on January 1. Jeatran joined Marsh McLennan in 2011 following the acquisition of RJF Agencies, Inc., an agency in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which he led for 25 years. He was appointed chairman of the Marsh McLennan agency in 2017.

Rob Bridges

Also on January 1st, Rob Bridgespresident of the Marsh McLennan agency’s Southwest region, will become CEO of the Southwest region, succeeding Stadler. Bridges brings more than 25 years of insurance experience to the role, having started his career as a technology underwriter at Chubb Insurance before moving to Wortham Insurance, where he spent 18 years before the firm was acquired by Marsh in 2018. Bridges will be based in Austin. .
