Investing.com – France stocks were mixed after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher, while losses in the , and sectors propelled shares lower.

At the close in Paris, it rose 0.85%, while the index fell 1.29%.

The best performers of the session on the were agree SA (EPA: ), which rose 3.40% or 1.30 points to trade at 39.56 at the close. Meanwhile, Renault SA (EPA: ) added 2.95% or 1.06 points to end at 36.97 and Teleperformance SE (EPA: ) was up 2.89% or 2.72 points to trade at 96.72 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Pernod Ricard SA (EPA: ), which declined 1.39% or 1.85 points to trade at 131.05 at the close. Eurofins Scientific SE (EPA: ) declined 0.90% or 0.50 points to end at 55.00 and Danone SA (EPA: ) declined 0.68% or 0.44 points to 64.02.

The top performers on the SBF 120 were Ubisoft Entertainment ( EPA: ) which rose 33.52% to 14.20, Elis Services SA (EPA:) which rose 10.00% to settle at 20.46 and Eramet SA (EPA: ) which gained 5.80% to close at 73.00.

The worst performers were Emeis SA (EPA: ), which fell 5.30% to 5.40 in late trade, verall (EPA: ) which lost 2.37% to settle at 25.58 and Pernod Ricard SA (EPA: ) which fell 1.39% to 131.05 at the close.

Advancers outnumbered decliners on the Paris Stock Exchange by 284 to 197, with 99 ending unchanged.

Shares of Verallia (EPA: ) fell to 52-week lows; losing 2.37% or 0.62 to 25.58.

Gold futures for December delivery fell 0.27%, or 7.30, to $2,671.90 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodity trading, crude for November delivery rose 1.63%, or 1.20%, to $74.91 a barrel, while the December Brent crude contract rose 1.42% or 1.10, to 78.72 dollars per barrel.

EUR/USD fell 0.67% to 1.10, while EUR/GBP was unchanged 0.51% to 0.84.

US dollar index futures rose 0.61% to 102.37.
