All locations in Leeds with mobile speed cameras this week

Mobile speed cameras will be installed in several locations across the city of Leeds this week to help reduce the rate of accidents and casualties by catching speeding drivers.

Enforcement is carried out by the West Yorkshire Police Camera Enforcement Unit on behalf of the West Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership. These cameras are placed in prime camera locations, which are areas with a high rate of casualties and speeding vehicles.

They are also placed in places of community interest, which are often found following complaints from local residents. Each camera uses a laser to determine the speeds of passing cars.
