Former Crypto Exchange FTX Customer Sues Olympus Peak, Says It Walked Out of Bankruptcy Payment Agreement

In documents filed in US District Court Southern District of New York, Alexander Nikolas Gierczyk says he agreed to sell a $1.59 million FTX bankruptcy claim at a 42% discount to the Olympus Peak Trade Claims Opportunities Fund Fund with an “excess claims provision”.
