“Honestly, for whatever reason, it doesn’t feel like an end,” Klopp said in his speech. “It just feels like the beginning because we saw a football team playing today full of talent, full of youth, full of creativity. , full of desire, full of misery.

“So we have this wonderful stadium, we have this wonderful training facility, we have you, the super power of world football. Wow.”

Klopp spent the next few hours speaking to the media to digest his brilliant nine years in England. After his media duties, Klopp took to his new Instagram page with a final thank you to supporters.

Posting alongside a picture of him posing in front of a small section of fans who had been waiting behind, he wrote: ‘Three hours after the game I’ve done all my interviews and the last press conference… it’s so great to I’m seeing. that some of you are still here”

The Liverpool boss continued to enjoy himself at the club’s end-of-season party, with pictures circulating on social media of him dancing alongside legend John Barnes.
