A 30-year-old man was taken to hospital after an incident at Belvedere.

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to Caldy Road just before 8pm on Saturday (May 18) to an injured man.

A man in his 30s was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to hospital.

His condition was assessed as life-threatening.

Police investigations into the circumstances continue.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to Caldy Road shortly before 8pm on Saturday 18 May to reports of an injured man.

“Officers attended.

“A man in his 30s was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to hospital.

“His condition has been assessed as life-threatening.

“Inquiries continue.”
