Late last year, the Royal Enfield Continental GT was spotted testing with a fairing. The bike spotted had a small pair but also had mounts for a full pairing set. Apart from this, the bike had a different set of mirrors. Another unique thing was the dual rear shocks, but that might just be for the test bike.

So why is Royal Enfield developing a faired bike? Many people add fairings to their Continental GTs. It’s a pretty big industry in the aftermarket scene. Hence, Royal Enfield is looking to add a factory-fitted option on the Continental GT. Royal Enfield may also introduce it as an aftermarket accessory for existing customers.

Royal Enfield’s blueprint

Royal Enfield has elaborate plans to launch more bikes in the coming days. In 2023, it already launched the Super Meteor 650. After that, we could see the new generation Bullet and 450 twins. Royal Enfield is not stopping after that with plans to launch six more bikes in the 450cc and 650cc segments.
