Role and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies: Research, plan and implement effective SEO and internet marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients in various industries.
• Customer management: Build and manage client relationships to ensure outstanding results.
• Project management: Oversees SEO client accounts, creating customized strategies with both long-term and short-term goals.
• Collaboration: Work with a team of SEO and web experts and collaborate with external companies to enhance our clients’ online presence.
• SEO best practices: Research and apply onsite, offsite, technical, local, video SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Performance analysis: Perform SEO audits and provide technical documentation for on-site recommendations. Use Google Analytics and other tools to report campaign performance to clients monthly.
• Thought leadership: Contribute to sector thought leadership and develop Solve’s technical strategy with the Chief Solver and other team leaders.

Qualities and skills of the ideal candidate

• Problem solver: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and strategically.
• Self-motivated: Highly driven with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized: Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and analytical skills.
• SEO expert: 1 x year previous experience in SEO, content marketing and growth hacking. Up-to-date knowledge of organic SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, RankMath, Yoast, Moz, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.

Desirable experience

• Internet Marketing: Broad knowledge of digital channels including paid networks and social media.
• Project management: Ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Offer

• Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week with a 30 minute paid lunch break.
• Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per annum (depending on experience and the value you can bring).
• Location: Office and remote options available with a preference for candidates based in Nansledan studio, Newquay.
