Josh “Yuzus” Pritchard was chosen as SiegeGG’s MVP for Day 3 of Phase 2 of the BLAST R6 Major Manchester after his performance against CAG Osaka.

The British player averaged a SiegeGG rating of 1.44 after playing 39 rounds, which included two max overtimes on Skyscraper and Oregon. Additionally, with a KD of 41-18 (+23), Yuzus was the only player in the series to average a kill per round.

The best map performance came in Oregon, where Yuzus was crucial for the BDS team. His clutch 1v2 in the list’s first defense was the start of the European comeback in the final map of the series. Later, he would steal the show again when he landed an ace in the ninth round.

Plain and simple, Team BDS’ title hopes are still alive thanks to Yuzus’ performance against CAG Osaka. Otherwise, the French majority roster would have been knocked out of BLAST R6 Major Manchester by the Japanese team.

Other splendid performances today include Gaven “Gaveni” Black’s match against Into the Breach, Thiago “Handy” Ferreira’s match against PSG Talon, and Gabriel “Maia” Maia’s match against SCARZ.
