Stroud’s popular kebab shop is getting a new hygiene rating

A POPULAR Stroud kebab shop has been given a new level of food hygiene.

Kebab World in King Street, Stroud was given a four-star rating for food hygiene after an inspection on April 11, the Food Standards Agency website shows.

Hygiene ratings are scored from 0 to 5, with five being the highest.

Food hygiene ratings reflect the standards of hygiene found on the day of inspection by the local authority – they are not a guide to food quality.
