Dry Oil Spray has an overall rating of 4.4 stars with over 1,000 positive reviews from delighted buyers. Among them, one person said: “Amazing product, I was recommended to take it on vacation because I was badly bitten by mosquitoes and did not get bitten at all. I’ll stock up on my next vacation.”

A second wrote: “I love this stuff, I work outside a lot and this is the only product that stops bugs biting me, I’ve used it in the UK and abroad and what a game changer. It also leaves my skin lovely and soft and doesn’t feel greasy afterwards I got a great bundle deal on Amazon, I couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere. I almost forgot another bonus is that it smells great!

A third buyer added: “I’ve been an Avon fan for years so I was aware of this product. I have used it as a moisturizer and have always loved it. Then I started reading about its ability to repel mosquitoes.

“I use it now just before I go to bed when I’m abroad and the biting has definitely reduced. It’s nice to use and if it stops the biting then fair enough. I’ll keep using it that’s for sure.”

Another said: “This was a last minute purchase before going on holiday as I’ve heard it’s a good bug repellent too. I was pleased that it’s the same price as buying through Avon and it’s a divine moisturiser! I’m not convinced it works better than other bug repellants, but it smells and feels great.”

However, some buyers were less than impressed and expressed concern about the scent of the spray. One person said: “Smells very cheap. Like an old perfume!”

A second wrote: ‘I’m worried I wasn’t sold a genuine product as it smells so strongly of nail polish. The bottle is the same as all the pictures, but I am worried about the smell. Has anyone else noticed this? When sterilized, the oil goes well on the skin and the smell is not so strong.”
