Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, Cushman & Wakefield

Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, Ph.D., has been appointed head of CEE Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield following her tenure as co-head with Ondřej Fukal.
As head of Asset Services CEE, Zuzanna leads a team of 367 professionals in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and the affiliated office in Romania. She is responsible for property management strategy and business development in CEE, innovation development and implementation, lean management and service expansion in areas such as ESG advisory and implementation and operational and financial process automation. Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and more than ten years of experience as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the management team of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, a member of RICS and an RICS accredited international mediator. She also holds a PhD in economics.
