Chelsea and Manchester United have been boosted in the interest of Victor Osimhen

Chelsea and Manchester United target Victor Osimhen would prefer a move to the Premier League in the summer transfer window over other destinations, according to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti.

Osimhen is expected to move from Napoli in the next transfer window as he looks to take the next step in his career.

The striker has scored a further 17 goals in all competitions this season despite a disappointing year for Napoli.

Paris Saint-Germain are pushing to sign the striker as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who is set to leave the Parisians this summer.

Osimhen wants to play in England and Chelsea are interested in signing the striker.

The Blues have been tracking him for several months and are keen to complete a deal with Napoli this summer.

Manchester United is another possible destination as Sir Jim Ratcliffe looks to reshape the club’s sporting operations.

Osimhen has a €130m release clause in his contract, but clubs may want to negotiate the price down.
