2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650 Launched in India; Check out the prices, features and specifications

Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield has launched the 2021 Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 bikes in the country. Both the bikes come with minor updates and refreshed new colors. It is important to note that both bikes will be available with a host of new MiY options, giving customers the opportunity to customize the bikes as per their needs. Bookings for the new bikes have started from today. Moreover, the mechanical face of both the bikes remains unchanged. Royal Enfield sales rose 10% to 69,659 units in February.

Talking about the 2021 Interceptor 650 now comes in two new single colors and two dual colors – Canyon Red & Ventura Blue and Downtown Drag & Sunset Strip. Additionally, the company has introduced an updated version of the ‘chrome’ variant in the Mark 2. Apart from these colours, the company continues to offer the bike in the existing (monotone) Orange Crush and (double tone) Baker Express.

On the other hand, the cafe racer RE – Continental GT 650 now comes in five more colors. Includes Rocker Red Standard (single tone), British Racing Green Standard, Dux Deluxe, Ventura Storm and the chrome version of Mister Clean. In total, the Interceptor 650 comes with seven color options, while the Continental GT 650 now has five new shades.

On the pricing front, the 2021 Interceptor 650 gets a starting price of Rs 2.75 lakh (ex-showroom India) for the standard variant. However, the Custom color variants cost Rs 2.83 lakh, while the Mark 2 chrome variant retails at Rs 2.97 lakh.

On the other hand, the Continental GT 650 in standard colors is priced at Rs 2.91 lakh. However, the custom theme variants are available at Rs 2.99 lakh. Moreover, the chrome variant – Mister Clean is priced at Rs. 3.13 lakh (all prices ex-showroom India).
