Meadowhall confirms opening date for bigger and better Zara store

Meadowhall has confirmed the opening date for its new ‘bigger and better’ Zara store.

The new Zara store will open its doors to shoppers on Thursday 30 May, offering customers an extensive range of products for women, men and children.




The popular fashion brand is moving from its current position in Sheffield shopping center to almost 37,000 sq ft of space on The Avenue – the newly renamed area of ​​the centre, which is undergoing a transformation to offer a shopping experience ‘more high”.

The new Zara store will feature the latest technology. There will be 18 self-checkout points, an online pick-up and return point, 30 fitting rooms for women, 11 for men and three in children’s clothing.

Darren Pearce, Center Director at Meadowhall, said: “Our Zara store has always been incredibly popular and the expansion into a larger space demonstrates the continued demand for high quality fashion among shoppers in Sheffield and beyond.

“It was great to see how excited our customers were about the arrival of the biggest and best Zara and I have no doubt the store will be hugely popular when it opens its doors on The Avenue next week.”

The new opening will add to Meadowhall’s existing range of popular fashion brands already on The Avenue, including Flannels, Sweaty Betty, Kurt Geiger and Carvela, and comes ahead of a Sports Direct flagship store and new Frasers department store later on. year.
