Tesco employees have caused quite a stir online after sharing some of the most bizarre customer complaints they’ve come across. Stories range from angry shoppers who “stormed out” to a disgruntled woman returning a chicken she “burned in the oven.”

Working in a customer service role can be as rewarding as it is demanding, with staff frequently interacting with a diverse audience. Scores of Tesco workers have taken to Reddit to recount their experiences, with many discussing encounters involving the sale of alcohol.
