16 places where kids can eat for free this half of May

Half term is here again and it’s the last break before the summer holidays. This raises a few questions, especially how do you entertain and feed the kids while reigning in spending?

Some restaurants and cafes offered deals or even in some cases free meals for children under a certain age. We’ve looked around to see what’s new on offer this semester.

Angus Steakhouse

Children under eight eat free every day this half term, applicable to one child per full paying adult eating a main course. Parents are advised to request in advance with each booking. Book Here .

Barburrito

Children under 12 can receive a free Bambino meal with every adult meal purchased. Each Bambino meal includes either grilled chicken or Mexican vegetables, rice, vegetables and up to two toppings. Beefeater

Two under 16s can eat breakfast for free when an adult buys a £10.99 breakfast. All breakfasts are all you can eat and a large selection of foods including bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns and mushrooms. To book, visit website .

Bella Italy

Kids can enjoy three courses and a drink all day every Thursday for free and for £1 Sunday to Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm. The meals are suitable for children aged 2-11 years. The pizza brand also offers a coloring sheet to entertain the little ones. To book, visit website .

Until Friday, up to two kids can eat free all day long as long as an adult orders a main course. Bill’s kids menu includes favorites including buttermilk pancakes, mac and cheese and fish fingers and chips. The offer does not include Saturday or Sunday. To make a reservation, visit Here .

Brewers Fayre

Two children under 16 can have a full breakfast during the break for each adult breakfast for £10.99. Foods available include bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Dobbies

Kids can enjoy a free breakfast with any adult breakfast, or a free hot kid’s meal or box lunch with an adult main course. It also includes a free drink for children. There is an additional charge of £1 that applies to the children’s Sunday roast.

Dunelm

You can get a free kids meal for every £4 spent at Pausa Cafe in Dunelm. The offer is available all day every day.

Frankie and Benny’s

Kids eat free with a paying adult. With the purchase of an adult main, children can receive a free main, side, dessert and drink. The offer is valid until Friday, May 31. BOOK Here .

Morrisons

One child eats free every day at Morrisons when dining with an adult who has a meal priced at £4.50 or more. It is valid for children under 16 and applies to one meal for each adult meal purchased.

Premier Inn

Up to two children under 16 can enjoy free breakfast with every £10.99 adult breakfast purchased at any Premier Inn location. Choices include sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cold options include toast, cereal and croissants.

Tesco

Tesco brought back its Kids Eat Free scheme in mid-May. For every item bought by an adult from 60p when showing their Clubcard, a child can get a free Kids’ Hot Meal Offer, Kids’ Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix Offer. Menu options will vary from store to store.

TGI Friday
