3DPRINTUK will be exhibiting at TCT 3Sixty in Birmingham

3DPRINTUK, a leading UK 3D printing service provider, will be exhibiting at TCT 3Sixty on June 5-6 in Birmingham. Since first launching its service in 2011 with a single EOS machine, 3DPRINTUK has gone from strength to strength, maintaining its core strengths and developing unprecedented expertise with polymer PBF processes.

“Talk to us at TCT 3Sixty about the ability to schedule orders, allowing you to plan your annual parts requirement and delivery schedule, allowing you to maximize discounts while efficiently managing production and cash flow. Also see how we can lock in your prices for the year. We invite all TCT 3Sixty attendees to come to stand C24 to discuss how we can help you with your future manufacturing needs,” said Nick Allen, Founder and Managing Director of 3DPRINTUK.

Over the past few years, 3DPRINTUK has refined its in-house processes to ensure it retains its number one status in the UK for manufacturing prototypes and production parts and components using PBF 3D printing processes. From its automated online ordering system, through the use of 3D printing technologies to make parts and then to a full range of post-processing technologies, 3DPRINTUK has invested in the best quality solutions.

“About a year ago 3DPRINTUK was acquired by Solid Solutions and became part of the TriMech Group. The acquisition significantly expands 3DPRINTUK’s service offering and allows us to benefit from the resources of a larger company as we continue to serve our UK customer base. Of course, being part of a larger group, our customer support team has grown, which is very beneficial for our customers. Also within our sister companies we have access to specialists in design, simulation, supply of 3D printing systems and also access to insights from 3D printing projects undertaken in the US. Joining forces with Solid Solutions is therefore a natural step in our evolution as a company. , accelerating our growth potential, expanding and improving our services to our clients and enabling us to benefit from the expertise and resources of a larger group of companies. Additionally, since the last TCT event we have achieved ISO 14001 accreditation, reinforcing our commitment to growing ethically and with sustainability at the center of everything we do,” said Allen.

“A trip to see us at TCT 3Sixty will give us the opportunity to show you the quality of the parts we consistently produce for our customers. ISO 9001 accreditation was a key milestone for us to demonstrate how much quality is at the heart of everything we do at 3DPRINTUK and we will have a number of pieces on our stand proving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) and our team’s commitment to ensuring optimal results for all clients,” said Allen.

3DPRINTUK operates from a 10,000 sq ft head office in London, which houses a growing fleet of SLS and MJF machines, as well as dedicated post-processing services that include vibration polishing, sanding and color painting services.
