Leeds United duo Crysencio Summerville and Archie Gray are ‘expected’ to be the subject of serious interest this summer, with Arsenal in the running for talented teenager Gray.

The Whites will have a fight on their hands to keep hold of some of their key players this summer after missing out on the play-off final and facing another year in the EFL.

Star players such as Crysencio Summerville and Archie Gray will be of interest to a number of clubs this summer.

Archie Gray and Crysencio Summerville on the radars of elite clubs

Fabrizio Romano has now released a new update on the future of Gray and Summerville as we approach June and the start of a very busy summer at Elland Road.

Writing for CaughtOffside, Romano says Arsenal are among clubs in England and Germany who would like to sign Leeds academy graduate Gray.

Summerville is another who is “expected” to see movement in the transfer window, as Romano says:

“Finally with Arsenal, they were one of a number of clubs linked with Archie Gray at Leeds United. There is interest in Gray from Germany and England, for sure.

“Leeds were hoping to keep hold of both Gray and Crysencio Summerville, but it could be difficult now that they’ve missed out on promotion to the Premier League, so yes – I expect a move for those two players and we’ll see how Leeds will react.”

Will Leeds be promoted next season?

Gray and Summerville could loan Leeds huge sums with sales

With the PSR headaches and transfer fees the club owes at the moment, there is a temptation to take advantage of both players.

By doing this, Leeds would have solved all their problems in an instant as you could easily get over £90m for the pair between them.

However, I just don’t see us selling Gray this summer, nor do I see him wanting to leave at this stage of his career.
