Art lovers in Bristol will be delighted to hear that Watershed has announced an exciting new gallery. Called the Undershed, the gallery will be “a home for curated exhibitions of extraordinary work by local and international artists and creators” and will open its doors with its first exhibition later this year, called Sing the Body Electric.

On the Watershed website, the description of the new enclosure reads: “The Undershed will be a space to engage with interactive and immersive stories – you could step into a virtual world, experience transporting soundscapes or take to the streets. to play and explore.”

“Undershed will be a space that is inclusive, welcoming and open to a wide range of cultural experiences. It will be designed to be extremely durable and foster communion.”
