A Coventry man has been named and charged after two people were ‘attacked’

A man has been charged in connection with two attacks in Coventry. Troy Ford appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court.

Ford, from Coventry, is accused of assaulting two members of the public on Torrington Avenue in Tile Hill on Tuesday (May 28). He is also alleged to have committed criminal damage at a location on the same street, West Midlands Police said.



Officers arrested the 33-year-old earlier this week, West Midlands Police said. He was later charged.

Ford appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court yesterday (May 30). He was remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at Leamington Crown Court on Thursday, June 27.
