Man U and Liverpool Chase Kudus Transfer

Both Manchester United and Liverpool are believed to be tracking West Ham winger Mohammed Kudus. The Ghanaian has an £85m buyout clause that can only be activated next season and the Hammers have made it clear that any bid this season would have to break the British transfer record.

Kudus was hailed by Gary Neville as the “signing of the season” following last summer’s move from Ajax to the London Stadium.

Liverpool’s interest is well documented with Mo Salah expected to leave Anfield this summer in a mega move to the Saudi Pro League.

Manchester United’s interest is more recent, with the Sunday Express reporting serious interest from Old Trafford, where a massive transfer overhaul is believed to be planned for this summer.

West Ham will not be keen to sell one of our star players so early in Julen Lopetegui’s reign and it is believed the Hammers board will resist any bids for the player. However, things could get very interesting if any interested party offered much more than £100m.
