Injury scare at Britain’s Got Talent final as Ssaulabi Performance Troupe member limps off stage | Liverpool Echo

Britain’s Got Talent judges and viewers were worried about a member of the Ssaulabi Performance Troupe.

A member of the band, who competed in the live final of the talent show, was seen limping off stage after sustaining an injury during their acrobatic performance on Sunday night. Ssaulabi, one of the most talked about acts on this year’s ITV show, received the Golden Buzzer from hosts Ant and Dec in the first show after the pair were completely blown away by the audition.

This bold move by Ant and Dec ensured the Korean martial arts experts secured a place in the semi-finals, Chronicle Live reports. After performing in the first series on Monday, they progressed further, reaching the final of Britain’s Got Talent based on the judges’ vote.

Ant and Dec were delighted to present Ssaulabi on stage at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on Sunday. The band delivered another daring and soaring routine set to music, including the famous classical composition Ode to Joy.

However, the routine ended abruptly for one member when they appeared to land badly after performing an impressive somersault. They quickly exited the stage, shuffling to the back, leaving the rest of the band to finish their top-notch performance.

Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon was the first to comment, telling Ssaulabi what she saw was “like a movie” and expressing her hope that the injured limb is OK. Ant and Dec, breaking all impartiality, publicly expressed their support for the Golden Buzzer act and their desire to win.
