Two young teenagers shot in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department is investigating after they say two teenagers were shot Monday night.

The incident happened in the 1800 block of Bessemer Road.

No word on the extent of the victims’ injuries.

Officers are investigating. We’ll update this story with more information as it becomes available.

BPD officers are at the scene of the shooting of two people. Both victims are believed to be teenagers.
