Stacey Solomon ‘wiped the floor’ with Denise Welch in a tense clash on Loose Women viewers claim

Stacey Solomon returned to Loose Women on Monday, keen to share her thoughts on the day’s hot topics after spending some time with her family. The devoted mum clashed with co-panelist Denise Welch over a few issues, prompting one viewer to say Stacey had ‘wiped the floor’ with Denise.

Their disagreements began over Melania Trump’s choice to stand by Donald Trump following his guilty verdict on charges of falsifying records. They also disagreed with the concept of working from home.

The talk started with a conversation about Sydnie Christmas’s Britain’s Got Talent win and whether personality can be as significant as talent in such competitions. The chat then moved on to former model Melania’s engagement to her husband after the verdict, where Stacey won applause from the audience for her fervent remarks.

“Why is he focusing on his wife?” she argued. “It should be about him and his shameful acts.” reports the Mirror. The topic later moved on to issues related to stay-at-home dads and remote employment.

Stacey, a mum-of-five, claimed flexible working hours have proved invaluable for many households, particularly those with children, as reported by OK! Denise, on the other hand, bemoaned the lack of staff in business, postulating that “the country is collapsing” because of all the remote workers.

Stacey sparked heated debate when she questioned whether telecommuting was really to blame for the staffing problems, highlighting the plight of nurses on zero-hours contracts. “So it has nothing to do with a nurse working hard on a zero-hours contract, struggling to pay childcare? No wonder people don’t sign up to do these jobs, they just aren’t paid enough to do them. .”

The talk resonated with viewers, who took to social media to praise her views. One viewer shared on X (formerly known as Twitter): “I don’t usually watch #loosewomen but today I am, totally agree with Stacey Solomon.”
