Get your stuff repaired for free at Brixton’s Repair Cafe on Saturday 6th July 2024

Repair Cafe Lambeth is where you can bring your broken goods in need of repair and there is no need to book as you will be seen depending on the availability of volunteers.

Their team of volunteer repairers will share their skills and specialist tools to help you restore items brought from home. Enjoy a refreshing coffee or tea (and TORCH!) while you learn basic repair skills and save your stuff from the landfill.

Their expert repairmen are experienced in repairing electrical goods, computers, textiles including clothes and toys, and much more!

You are welcome to bring anything you can carry yourself from home and they will try to save it from the landfill.

Advice and help from Repair Cafe Lambeth is free to all. A voluntary donation from visitors to Repair Café Lambeth is appreciated which will support their initiative and enable them to host future events.

They aim to create a collaborative space for visitors and volunteers. Visitors are encouraged to stay with the repairer and witness what is being done / learn and gain skills and try the fix themselves if appropriate.
